Sorry this isn’t an update to any of my stories but I did want to let everyone know what it is i’m working on (as well as the fact that yes I am still writing).

In re-reading What About Now in order to get an outline done for the sequel The Long Road Home I realized that I left out a fairly large chunk of information I meant to put into it which means revisions were needed. Not a lot though, the main changes will be that I’m going to condense the Vampire rescue chapters down to one and add a whole chapter dedicated solely to the Dallas Bombing before the whole aftermath with Nan in the final chapter. After that I’ll start posting the sequel most likely towards the end of March. It’ll be about 5-6 chapters long and mainly be a “family roadtrip” story Stackhouse style. Though we will be looking in on the Vampires in their own journey back to Louisiana and what they find when they get there.

I’m also working on more Daina Stackhouse outtakes for that series of one-shots. I should also clarify since I haven’t before just because a scenario is used in the outtakes series doesn’t mean something like it won’t happen in the main story series just that that particular version no longer fits in some way. Eventually Daina will be confronting both Sophie-Ann and Hadley just not the way I wrote it in the Cutting Room Floor. The next two are already planned and roughly finished so they’ll likely be up sometime this month. In them I’m going to have Daina with Sookie when she gets attacked by the Maenade and during the negotiations for Lala’s release that followed after. No I have not forgotten Lafyette, that’s one of the things that’s going to be addressed in the revision of the main story.  The other will be an alternative way Daina could have met Godric at Fangtasia when she and Sookie went there for Girls Night Out.

I’m re-reading my Merlin story series to outline the next up in that series which will deal with Uther and his idea of declaring war on Merlin and his home, but that one most likely won’t even start posting until early April for various reasons but mainly because I want to re-watch some of the series first to try and get some of the voices right again (mainly Gwaine), since I haven’t watch the show in a while and I don’t want to make the characters too OOC.

Finally my main focus is on trying to complete both Soulless and Forever Yours since both of them are more than halfway towards the end, I’ll also be working on One More Night in my spare time but I have to admit I have fallen a bit off the fandom wagon for Shameless so I’ll have to watch a few youtube vids for my main squeeze to get back with them.

I would also like to make sure everyone knows that I am planning on finishing ALL of my stories at some point hopefully in the not so distant future but sometime real life and lack of fandom enthusiasm gets in the way for a while. Later this month I plan to post a list of all of my fandoms I want to write for as a sort of helpful motivator for me, hoping that if I get it all out into the open it’ll galvanize me enough to actually write some of them rather than spending all my time planning.

Sorry for the long silences but hopefully this year that can become less and less of an issue.
